Bought a pre-made Pizza crust/flatbread from Central Market and bushed it with some crushed garlic cloves we had marinating in a few (more than a few) tablespoons of basil olive oil. Then we added fresh mozzarella, some roasted garlic, spinach, crimini mushrooms and topped it off with some shaved parmesan. When it was done we added fresh arugula. TDF (to die for) not to be confused with DTF.
